1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cabaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cabaji website located at https://cabaji.vip, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional programmes, payment facilities, and customer support channels (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing the cabaji platform, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or placing any wager or deposit, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 3.Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold one and only one cabaji account. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cabaji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses associated with those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide complete and accurate personal information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. cabaji will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cabaji login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued as part of two-factor authentication. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You must notify cabaji immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your cabaji account at any time by contacting customer support. Requests for account closure will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

3.5 cabaji's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts. cabaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has provided false or misleading information; (c) the player is found to have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (d) cabaji is required to do so by applicable law or regulation; or (e) the player's continued use of the Service poses a risk to cabaji or other players.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cabaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cabaji does not charge a platform-side fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. cabaji reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds at any time with reasonable notice posted on the platform.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's cabaji account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in the player's account balance.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed within one (1) hour during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals submitted outside of business hours are processed on the next available business day. cabaji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.

4.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Players may not withdraw bonus funds or related winnings until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

4.6 Payment Method Matching. For security purposes, cabaji requires that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the cabaji support team.

Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal can be requested. Bets placed on excluded game types — typically live sports, certain table games, or games with an RTP above a specified threshold — may not contribute to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate.

6.Betting & Gaming Rules
